Russ Green is a nonprofit founder based in the Greater Washington, DC and Baltimore region with 20 years of experience in federal program and project management.

A Howard University alum, Russ currently serves as the Co-Executive Director of Bison Impact Group, Inc. (BIG), a nonprofit bringing Black communities to golf to build healthy relationships. In 2025, BIG donated $42k to violence prevention programs at Howard University and Spelman College.

Russ’ passions include comedy, golf, writing, yoga, and raising four brilliant, bold and beautiful Black children (three girls and one boy).
